Revolt//week 4

First off, Happy Memorial Day!!

I can't believe Scott and I have been doing Revolt Fitness for a whole month!
It has been such a fantastic experience and we really think this will be our new lifestyle rather than just a temporary diet. We've seen results which is super encouraging, but we also just feel healthier and happier!
Hubby said I have permission to but up his before and after pics at the end, so get excited cause he's awesome :)

 One of the many things Revolt has taught me is the uselessness of the scale! The last 3 weeks I haven't lost any weight- none! But I'm getting smaller! That's because I'm gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. So the scale really does lie! When it comes to monitoring your progress, pictures or the way your clothes fit or the way you feel is the only real measurement to go off of. 

The meal plan this week was one of our favorites! Here are just a few pics.
