Exploring New Mexico

My family moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico when I was a Junior in High School. It was definitely hard to move, but I have really come to love the unique, hippy atmosphere! It really is so different than anywhere in the U.S. (I felt like I had moved to another country!). The Santa Fe Plaza is one of my favorite spots.
Later in the week, we spent a whole day showing Scott Taos, New Mexico. It's a quaint little ski town not too far from Santa Fe. In true New Mexican style, there is a great Plaza with lots of fun shops, art galleries and restaurants. Scott again took on a ginormous burger and we spent a good amount of time at the famous toy store. Taos is known for it's amazing ski resort and the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge (it's 565 feet above the rio grand and the 7th highest bridge in the US).
This little girl is too funny.
Ha ha ha....
When we walked into the back of the toy store Emily said, "Is this real life, or is this fairytale land?"
