Another week of Revolt down!
Scott and I are LOVING IT!
Here are my before and afters so far...3 weeks down 9 more to go.
Week three was a really good one for me! I stuck to it and didn't sway even a bit (so proud!). I also increased my free weights from 5 lbs to 8 lbs and I am feeling it!! On top of that we increased the intensity of our workouts by doing the cardio circuit in ladder format (all these fancy workout terms I never knew). Let me tell you, ladders kill. Scott and I are a sweaty ball on the floor when they are over. But, that is what makes Revolt so awesome! I know that it is working. I am sore-like really sore-and I can feel myself getting stronger.
The food this week was fantastic! Power pancakes for breakfast, coconut curry chicken for lunch, mango cleansing smoothing for an afternoon snack, garlic chicken salad for dinner and coconut macaroons for dessert. Yum Yum Yum.
