Revolt// Week 5

Sticking to a plan.
It's something that I've struggled with in the past when it comes to getting fit. 
I reach a point where my body plateaus. I feel like I'm working really hard without seeing anymore progress.  
This past week I feel like I hit that plateau for Revolt Fitness
I saw such amazing results the last 4 weeks and this past week I stayed the same. 
Instead of giving up, I am going to kick this plateau in the bum!

Que DETOX WEEK! 

What is detox week you ask? It's an intense week of clean eating than cleanses the body of all the bad stuff and helps the body get ready to lose fat. I'll be honest, I'm scared. It's a lot of hard boiled eggs, chicken, spinach and broccoli. But, I am also super excited! I trust Nichole and her plan. Everything she has told me to do has been successful. So, wish me luck!

P.S. I just couldn't wait to show my amazing boy's progress... So here are before and after head shots of the Hubby and I. Just a preview :)
