I've been wanting a white tulle skirt for months now! But, I just couldn't bring myself to pay for any of the gorgeous $200 anthro options. So when Rosegal  asked me to review this skirt I couldn't resist.  If you can believe it, it is only $15!! I'll be honest, it's not anthropologie quality, but it is most definitely worth the 15 dollars. It is light, flowy, super girly and I really love it.
