Last week, at the last minute, I decided to fly out and visit my family in New Mexico for a long weekend. I knew that with my internships this summer and fall I wouldn't get to see as much of my family as I'd hope to. I had a blast! I just love my family! I just wished we lived closer to each other!
Before I headed out Scott and I gave each other little somethings for Easter (yes it was mainly an exchange of mini Cadbury eggs haha). He also gave me these bright and happy flowers that I am in love with.
This little girl, she is too much fun!
Egg decorating was fun as always, but we missed Scott's creative talents.
Easter Sunday was beautiful. We somehow forgot to get a picture of us all together in our matching Easter outfits. Mom will always make sure that we are coordinating on Easter :)
I snapped this pic on Easter and I just couldn't get over how beautiful this little bloom was. I love Easter and the time to reflect on my Savior, all he did for me and everything I am so grateful for.
Monday morning my little bro and I hiked to the top of Sun Mountain. We had fun and met some pretty hilarious hippie ladies at the top that convinced us to sacrifice a rock to the dead "blessing tree" haha only in Santa Fe. It was so much fun spending some quality brother-sister time together over the weekend. I'm so proud of this handsome boy.
