I love experimenting with desserts and making fun unique yummies with lots of fun flavors, but sometimes you're just in the mood for something classic and simple. Enter these delicious brownies.
This recipe is super easy!
It's almost as fast as a box mix, but tastes yummier and more homemade in my opinion.
So, if you're in need of a quick treat to wrap up and make someones day, I recommend these :)
Ingredients
-1 Cup Butter
-2 Cups Sugar
-4 Eggs
-2 Teaspoons Vanilla
-2/3 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
-1 Cup Flour
-1/2 Teaspoon Salt
-1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Directions
1.Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees F. Grease a 9x13 pan.
2.In a large bowl combine your dry ingredients (sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda).
3.In a large saucepan, melt your butter.
4.Remove saucepan from stove and let cool for 30 seconds to a minute. Mix in eggs and vanilla with the melted butter. (don't beat with a whisk)
5. Mix in dry ingredients. (Make sure all the dry ingredients are mixed in, but don't over mix it or they'll turn out cakey)
6. Pour batter into prepared 9x13 pan and bake for 20-30 minutes.
It's better to under cook these than over cook them!
perfectly goooooey
