If you follow me on instagram you know that I signed up for my first Marathon!
What was I thinking you ask?
Well, I'm honestly one of those weird people who enjoy running.
I never enjoy the getting up and getting out the door part, but I always love the actually running part.
I first started loving running here.
Ever since then I can't seem to survive without it. It's my time to think, be alone and enjoy nature.
It's also just freaking amazing to see what your body is capable of doing.
And I guess that is the reason I signed up for the marathon.
The most I've ever run at once is 16 miles all across London. It was pretty darn hard. So, I'm a little terrified of 26.2 miles. But, I know if I train right, my body will adapt and I'll be able to do it.
I'm running the Salt Lake City Marathon on April 19th.
So get ready so see some blog posts until then about my training!
I'll be open about the good, bad and ugly of training for your first marathon.
