Last week Scott and I went to Durango, Colorado for a vacation with my family. It was fantastic!
We stayed in an AMAZING room at Durango Mountain Resort. If you're looking for a fun summer getaway this place is great and extremely affordable!
Day one of our trip we got up early to beat the rain and rode the alpine slide a couple times. My little sister is fearless! She was going SO fast down that mountain (faster than me). Then the rain started. Which meant a lot of the activities on the mountain closed. Luckily, the water runner balls were still going. These were so entertaining to watch! They blow up a big beach ball and put you inside. Then they let you run around on the water.
Once the rain past, we played a round of Frisbee Golf. This was one of our favorite activities of the trip. Afterward, we spent some time at the pool. The slide and hot tub were our favorite. Later that night we found the game room and had fun playing pool, foosball and shuffle board.
